Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items back into their original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Facility
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
