Campagnolo EKAR Cassette 13 Speed

Campagnolo’s new Ekar 1x13 speed groupset is the ultimate mechanical gravel groupset. The 13 speed combination paired with wide range cassettes gives you tons of range to crawl up the steepest of hills or bomb the craziest descents without spinning out. The Ekar cassette’s feature either a 9 or 10 tooth cog for the biggest cog and a 36, 42, or 44 tooth cog for the smallest cog. The incredible part is that a 9T cog paired with a 42T chainring offers almost the same top end gear as a 11T cog paired with a massive 52T chainring. That means you’ll get the same top end gearing as a 2x drivetrain but with the same easy gear as a traditional 1x11 gravel groupset. The 9-36T combo offers very small gearing steps and has a closer range of gears for less intense terrain, the 9-42T combo is a great middle ground option if you need a big top gear and a big easy gear for steep climbs, and the 10-44T combo is the ideal cassette if you need as big of an easy gear as possible.

Campagnolo offers the Ekar 13 Cassette in different ranges, to suit every rider from endurance pursuits to gravel racing to more adventuresome outings. The 13-speed cassette offers smaller jumps between the lower cogs, so your cadence can stay smooth, and wider spacing at the higher end. Regardless of the rage, each cassette is precision-machined in two pieces, blending the lightweight nature of alloy in the spider for the larger cogs and the strength of steel.
